The
South Carolina plant site is the largest of the Nan
Ya Plastics Corporation, America production facilities,
producing polyester filament, fiber, and chip (resin)
through several fully automated processes. Products
made at the South Carolina plant include: |

Polyester chip (resin) for the textile and bottle/sheet
industries |
• |
Polyester staple fiber. |
• |
Polyester continuous filament yarns (POY, DTY,
FDY, and HOY). |

The plant is located just outside of Lake City, South Carolina on Highway 52 with onsite railroad access and nearby access to Interstates 95 and 20. This situation allows for convenient receiving of raw materials and delivery of products by railway and roadway. Also, the Port of Charleston is approximately 90 miles south on Highway 52 for export shipments.

The plant is ISO 9001: 2015 certified for all products and is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified for our Packaging Grade Resin. Our dedicated employees strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers since 1990. Production lines are run around the clock with an overall production rate of approximately 2 billion pounds of polyester polymer per year.
