of luster and specifications through a wide processing window. Nan
Ya Plastics Corporation, America, South Carolina Plant is one of
the major suppliers of PET Fiber Chip in North America. Our fiber-grade
chip can be used for nonwovens, staple fiber, and continuous filament
spinning processes. Furthermore, the exceptional quality provides
excellent capability for low denier and high filament count used
for high value-added textile applications. |

Our PET Bottle/Packaging
Grade Resin (Solid State Polycondensation Chip) is produced through
high-tech optimized processes and formulations that minimize acetaldehyde
regeneration and result in excellent quality and thermo stability.
Containers made from our SSP Chip are lightweight, shatterproof,
recyclable, and boast maximized clarity. Note that this production
is carried out under GMP/Food Packaging Safety Guidelines to ensure
products are the highest of quality and safe for food and beverage
packaging use. |

Staple Fiber produced at the South Carolina Plant
ranges in a wide variety of specifications and properties. With
a large range of unique cross-sections, denier, and luster, our
staple fiber provides unsurpassable quality and performance such
as superior moisture management, softness, drape, and wrinkle resistance.
Specifically engineered for diverse applications and markets, staple
fiber can be used in traditional textile applications such as spun
yarn, fiberfill, non-woven, and spun carpet fiber applications.
It is also used in production of specialty yarns and textiles such
as anti-microbial and flame retardant partially oriented yarns
(POY).

The versatility of our continuous filament yarns
can easily accommodate a wide variety of applications and uses.
Differing characteristics of our partially oriented yarn (POY),
fully drawn yarn (FDY), and highly oriented yarn (HOY) include a
full range of luster, cross-section, filament count, and denier.
With the confidence of superior quality, customers typically utilize
these yarns to create finished products for use in textile applications
such as apparel, home furnishings, automotive upholstery, etc. |

Our draw textured yarn (DTY) is produced using a
highly automated technologically advanced system that results in
exceptional quality and consistent dyeability results. Our DTY
is produced with a wide range of different specifications and can
be used for many applications. Denier, luster, filament count,
cross-section, and ply can accommodate many markets and demands.
Our revolutionary bi-component yarn is a leading material among
certain specialty fabric productions today. |
