| Payroll Accountant with MBA or Master degree in Accounting with at least 6 months experience in job offered or related occupation as Accountant wanted for manufacturing company in Livingston, NJ to perform the following: |

Prepare and file federal and multi-state payroll tax returns. Compute taxes owed and examine records based on GAAP and other regulatory requirements. |

Audit payroll prior transactions, maintain payroll ledger accounts and reconcile payroll accounts. |
| ˇ´ |
Calculate company's payroll tax liability, including federal, state, Social Security, Medicare, Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA), and State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) |
| ˇ´ |
Migrate mainframe data systems to/from RDBS covering HQs & plants in various States. Analyze and maintain Personnel Accounting Application Database System using Query/400 under IBM AS/400. |
| ˇ´ |
Reconcile and audit Form 941, W-2 register, W-3 Form and MISC 1099. |
| ˇ´ |
Conduct payroll controls and audits following Sarbanes-Oxley Act. |
| ˇ´ |
Coordinate tax issues with State agents and tax consultants concerning the accounting treatment for companyˇ¦s special complex transactions. |
| ˇ´ |
Conduct Tax researches. Propose, plan and implement payroll tax projects. |
ˇ´
|
Track, resolve and complete all wage garnishment processes such as interrogatories, wage attachments, tax levies and child support orders. |
