Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America ("NPCA"), a Delaware-incorporated company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Taiwan ("NPC-Taiwan"), was founded in 1989 under the strategy of its parent company's vision for global expansion to meet the ever-increasing demand for synthetic fiber, chemical, and plastics related products. It has successfully operated three manufacturing facilities located in three different locations in the United States with the following main products:

Flexible PVC films ( Batchelor Plant, Louisiana)
2.
Polyester fiber ( Lake City Plant, South Carolina)
3.
Ethylene Glycol (EG) ( Point Comfort Plant, Texas)

To achieve this goal the Company has invested in state-of-the- art manufacturing machinery/equipment, and in constant research and development to ensure the product's highest quality while effectively keeping the cost down through a cost-efficient management philosophy. The persistent effort earns its reward by NPCA having emerged as one of the leaders in the synthetic fiber, chemical, and plastics industries with only few years' presence in the United States
HEADQUARTERS
The headquarters of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America ( NPCA ) is conveniently situated in Livingston, a beautiful town in northern New Jersey. Major state highways such as Route 280, Route 78 and Rouct 287,can be reached in a few miles.Additionally, Newark International Airport is only about a half-hour driving distance away.

In contrast to the manufacturing activities in NPCA's factories located in different states, NPCA headquarters focuses on Accounting, Credit, Management and Administration functions. At times it also serves as the interface between the customers, the factories, and NPCA's parent company Nan Ya Plastics Corp. in Taiwan .
